Instruction: Answer any three questions of your choice
1.             Explain the term sovereign and comment on the limitations of sovereignty under international law practices.
2.             With appropriate examples, comment on the relationship between international and municipal law.
3.             Outline and discuss the basic ways of acquiring territories under international law regime.
4.             Explain the term, law of the sea and comment on the basic limit provided in the third United Nations Convention on the law of the sea.
5.             With appropriate examples, evaluate the contributions of international law to the eradication of global terrorism.
6.             Outline the basic functions of International criminal court and comment on the basic problems that hinder effective performance of the Court.
